Artists set up their booths like small gallery/stores and compete for cash awards totaling $3,000.00. The show includes entertainment, food vendors and a non-juried ‘Exhibits by the Lake’. Also, rides and games for children. That sounds like fun to me.
My new works will be on display. I will be painting quick portrait sketches and taking orders for commissions. Gift Certificates will be available for portraits.
Directions: At route 485 and route 51, the Carolina Place Mall, head west into the town of Pineville on 51. Turn left at Johnston Drive. (Different than Johnston Road – east of the mall) the Pineville Lake Park is at the end of Johnston Drive. Signs for the Fest and parking will direct you.
